Return Procedure

Advanced Relay Corp. warrants that the hardware shall conform to and perform in accordance with published technical specifications and shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period of 1 year.

If you encounter a problem with any of our products and you are unable to correct it, first please contact technical support . Technical Support will help you to correct the problem or to determine if the hardware needs to be returned for repair.

Advanced Relay Corp. will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion. Failures resulting from misapplication or misuse of the product, failure to adhere to any specifications or instructions, or failure resulting from neglect, abuse, accidents, or acts of nature are not covered under this warranty.

In case the unit needs to be returned for repair or replacement, please complete our Request for RMA form or contact us by phone or e-mail. We will then issue an RMA number for your request. Please do not ship anything until you receive the RMA number.

Customer agrees to insure the unit or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit, to prepay shipping charges to Advanced Relay, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent.

PXSe, PCMCIA and Digi Customers: If you do not suspect a problem with the cable (s) and/or power supply in the case of the PXSe, please do not include these items in the shipment.

Non-Warranty Repair/Retest

Follow the same procedure as above. Please provide a Purchase Order or credit card number and authorization in order to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product.

Products retested with no problems found are subject to repair/retest charges.
