How to Order - International Customers

Step 1

Step 2

TERMS: Our international terms are Prepaid, CIF destination city. Prepayment is normally via electronic funds transfer, but for orders under $3000USD we also accept Visa or MasterCard. In some special cases we allow credit terms (Net 30 days). Please ask for our international credit application:

PURCHASE ORDER: Mail or email a signed purchase order to our sales department. Please be sure to add shipping costs to your PO. Our address and phone numbers are:

We will send you a purchase order acknowledgement and a shipping date. Please make sure to include your name, phone number and email address.

We ship UPS (your choice of service), freight is paid by customer. We'll give you freight costs for you to add to your PO.

Please note: If your order includes custom development work, 50% of the cost is due at the time of the order. Please speak with our sales representative.

We will assist you with all export and customs requirements, but Advanced Relay Corporation will not be responsible for any import-export taxes or other customs fees.

Step 4

SHIPMENT: As soon as we receive your payment we will ship your order and you will receive an email notification of the shipment with the tracking number.
