Frame Broadcast Server - fcast

The Frame Broadcast Server, fcast, uses IP multicast to make data received from a synchronous data source available to remote stations. The data source can be raw HDLC, Bisync, Monosync or HDLC LAPB. (fcast can also be configured to use UDP unicast if only one station needs to acquire the data.)

fcast can also be configured to receive data via UDP and to write the data onto a synchronous connection.
