Simple monitor which write DLM events to a file.
dlmtap2fileOptional command line parameters are:
[-a <ip address of host>] (server host name or ip address)
[-f <file name with events>]
[-l <line number>]
[-p <password>]
The defaults for the optional command line parameters are as follows:
ip address of host = localhost
file name = capture.dlm
line = 0
password = dlmpassword
